IN MY COLLECTION:
"Final Impact" from the year 1998 is a vertical shoot 'em up for MS-DOS. Basically a "Raptor" clone. But the special thing about it is that it is a German title. Namely, it was developed by some people at University of Munich under the label "BrainBug Productions" and then published by "BMM GmbH".
The reviews from german game magazines at the time were mostly bad. But the game isn't that bad in my opinion. The music is great and the graphics are solid for a shoot 'em up. At that time, the graphical presentation was titled "Out of Date". The level of difficulty is also quite crisp. And the controls take some getting used to. Because you can fire in all directions, but you have to select them beforehand.
